Payments (if used): processed by our payment provider; we don’t store full card details.
How we use data & legal bases
Email updates/marketing: with your consent (you can unsubscribe anytime).
Appointments/communication: contract (to provide services you request).
Analytics/security/records: legitimate interests.
Legal/finance: legal obligation.
Processors we use
We use trusted providers to operate our services, e.g. Flodesk (email), Squarespace (website/CMS), acuity scheduling booking tool and stripe. They process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK (e.g., US). We rely on recognised safeguards (standard contractual clauses/UK IDTA) where required.
Retention
Marketing data: while subscribed or up to 24 months after last engagement.
Booking/admin records: typically 6 years.
Your rights

Children
Our services are for adults; we don’t knowingly collect data from under-16s.
