Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 20th October 2025

Welcome to Dr Golda Parker’s Global Online Menopause Clinic, operated by Dr Golda Limited (“the Clinic”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By booking an appointment, completing an intake form, or using this website (www.drgolda.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Service

Consultations with Dr Golda Parker form part of the professional services offered by Dr Golda Limited.
All consultations are non-prescribing, educational, and lifestyle-focused, designed to provide evidence-based information and holistic support for menopause and midlife health.
They do not replace medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment, and clients should continue to consult their GP or specialist for ongoing medical care.

2. Appointments & Payments

  • All appointments are conducted online and scheduled in your local time.

  • Full payment is required upfront to confirm any consultation or blood-testing appointment. No bookings or testing will be processed until payment has cleared.

  • Appointment times are confirmed in your booking email.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend, will incur the full consultation or testing fee.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested more than 48 hours in advance.

  • If Dr Golda Parker must cancel an appointment, you will receive a full refund for that appointment only.

3. Supplements & Blood Testing

Supplements

  • For UK-based clients, Dr Golda Parker may provide a personalised list of recommended supplements through a trusted UK supplier.

  • Clients are free to purchase from that supplier or use the list to obtain the same products elsewhere.

  • Where supplements are purchased through the recommended supplier, Dr Golda Limited may receive a professional commission.

  • Supplement recommendations are optional, and any financial relationship does not influence the advice provided.

  • All recommendations are based on individual clinical relevance and lifestyle needs.

Blood Testing

  • UK clients may arrange laboratory blood tests through the Clinic as part of services provided by Dr Golda Limited.

  • All blood tests are paid directly to Dr Golda Limited, which will liaise with the partner laboratory to arrange testing.

  • Testing may be carried out via postal kits or home-visit phlebotomy with a qualified healthcare professional or nurse, depending on preference and location.

  • Home-visit tests incur an additional fee, payable to Dr Golda Limited, who will forward payment to the laboratory team.

  • Where blood testing is arranged through the Clinic, Dr Golda Limited may receive a professional commission or administrative fee as part of the coordination service.

  • Blood testing fees include payment for the test kit, postage, laboratory processing, and, where applicable, the nurse or healthcare professional appointment to take the sample.

  • If a test is cancelled within 48 hours or the client fails to attend the blood-taking appointment, the full testing fee will be charged.

  • If a blood sample fails or cannot be processed (for example due to postal delay, sample error, or technical issue), the cost of the kit, processing, postage, and nurse appointment will be forfeited. Repeat testing, if required, will incur a new fee.

  • All blood tests are non-refundable once dispatched or collected.

  • Test results are reviewed during your consultation or follow-up session.

  • With your consent, Dr Parker may prepare a summary letter for your clinician to support continuity of care; however, she does not prescribe medication.

4. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All information you provide is held in strict confidence and stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR and Canadian PIPEDA privacy standards.
Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent for care coordination.

5. Client Responsibility

  • Provide accurate and complete health information.

  • Continue all prescribed medication and medical supervision with your own healthcare providers.

  • Use all information provided responsibly and at your own discretion.

  • Understand that results vary depending on individual health status, compliance, and external factors.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Clinic and Dr Golda Limited are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage resulting from reliance on information provided in consultations, materials, or on this website.
All information is provided in good faith for educational purposes only.
Your participation in consultations and use of this website are at your own risk.
