Two countries.
One standard.
A practising GP who brought West Coast North American medicine to UK clinical practice. The combination is rare. The results are not.
Dr Golda Parker.
Dr Golda Parker is a practising GMC-registered GP with over two decades of clinical experience spanning the UK and Canada. She trained and worked within Vancouver Coastal Health in British Columbia, one of the largest and most respected health authorities in Canada. That experience changed everything about the way she practises medicine today.
She has served as a crowd doctor in professional football, formerly trained GPs through the RCGP, formerly advised Manchester Medical School, and appeared as a health contributor across BBC News, BBC Breakfast, BBC World, and BBC Radio, as well as in the Daily Telegraph. She holds the Management of Menopause Certificate with the British Menopause Society and the Diploma of Sexual and Reproductive Health.
Throughout her career she watched women with perimenopause and menopause symptoms being failed by a system that had neither the time nor the training to support them. That is why Dr Golda Clinic exists. Every consultation is with her directly, not a junior doctor, not a rotating clinician, the same doctor every time who knows your case and is paying attention.

West Coast thinking.
UK rigour.
Most clinicians spend their entire career inside one healthcare system. Dr Golda has practised seriously in two. That is not a footnote. It is the foundation of everything she does differently.
Vancouver Coastal Health.
Integrative Medicine.
Working within Vancouver Coastal Health exposed Dr Golda to a clinical culture that treats the whole person, not just the presenting symptom. It addresses cortisol dysregulation, inflammation as a driver of perimenopause symptoms, adrenal health, and integrates lifestyle medicine and nutrition as genuine first-line tools alongside HRT.
NICE NG23.
BMS Guidance.
Everything Dr Golda does is anchored in the UK evidence base. All prescribing follows NICE guideline NG23. Body-identical HRT, testosterone therapy for women, and non-hormonal options are all discussed with a clear explanation of what the evidence shows.
How it feels to
finally be heard.
Women come to Dr Golda Clinic having spent months or years being dismissed, misdiagnosed, or left to manage alone. What they describe after a consultation is not just clinical clarity. It is relief.
"For the first time in three years someone explained what was actually happening in my body. I left feeling like myself again."
"Dr Golda looked at everything, not just my hormones. She talked about my cortisol, my sleep, my inflammation. Nobody had ever done that before."
"I went in feeling like I was falling apart. I came out with a plan, an explanation, and for the first time in months, actual hope."
The woman you were is still in there.
She is not finished.
This is where it changes.
One doctor. A proper consultation. A clear plan. Available to women across the UK.
